5 STEPS TO CHANGING HABITS

Your reality today is a direct result of your repeated thoughts and actions over time. If you are happy with where you are, what you are doing and your place in life – CONGRATULATIONS – you’re on the right track! If, however, you are unhappy with something in your life it just might be that you can easily change it. Our daily life is filled with habits – most of which are subconsciously done. A quick analysis of how many are healthy or unhealthy can help us make the necessary changes to get on the right path!

5 STEPS TO CHANGING HABITS

  1. Identify the habit you want to change.
  2. Carefully define the new habit you wish to develop.
  3. Begin the new behavior as strongly as possible
  4. Never deviate from the behavior until the new habit is firmly established.
  5. Ask other people to help you change.

Easy exercise – take a few minutes to copy these questions onto a piece of paper and think about the question for  a few minutes before you answer. Understanding what you need to change is the first step – taking action and walking in the direction of your goal is a must in order to achieve success!
