“Everything DiSC Sales” teaches sales people how to better communicate and connect with their customers to further develop relationships and increase sales. “Everything DiSC Sales” is offered in a classroom workshop that combines online pre-work, interactive facilitation and video reinforcement that creates a dynamic personalized learning experience.

(1) Understanding Your DiSC Sales Style: Discover the DiSC sales styles and how personal priorities influence your selling behaviors.
(2) Recognizing and Understanding Customer Buying Styles: Learn customer mapping – a new way of people reading that helps identify the priorities and preferences of real-life customers.
(3) Adapting Your Sales Style to Your Customer’s Buying Style: Use the DiSC Sales Maps to understand how to adapt your sales styles to better connect with your customers.
All program participants receive their personal 23 page profile at the workshop. The profile helps salespeople better understand themselves and their customers. The profiles allow individuals to compare their sales styles to their real-life customers’ buying style. The profiles are completed online prior to the workshop.

The Everything DISC Sales Profile by Inscape Publishing is a validated communications tool, focusing on utilizing effective communication skills during the sales process. DISC is a non-judgmental profile for understanding behavioral types and communication styles. The four primary DISC styles are:
Direct and Decisive. D’s are strong-willed, outgoing people who like accepting challenges, taking action, and getting immediate results. They love competition and focus on winning.
